ROCH MARK CHRISTIAN KABORE is going to be inaugurated in few minutes. Many presidents from west Africa are here Ouagadougou city and  a presidential delegation form USA and also from Europe. The inauguration is taking place at the PALAIS DE LA CULTURE. The bowl of this palace is expected to be overfilled of people.
